Reservations: Spa services are available by appointment Monday-Saturday. Please call in advance to assure availability. A credit card or gift certificate is required for all spa reservations.
 

Spa Hours: The spa is open Monday-Thursday (9:00 AM- 8:00 PM); Friday (9:00 AM-6:00 PM); Saturday (9:00 AM-5:00 PM).
 

Arrive In Good Time: First-time clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to complete paperwork.
 

Late Arrivals: In fairness to other clients, we attempt to maintain an on-time appointment policy. We regret that
late arrivals will not receive an extension and will be responsible for full service fees.
 

Guest Cancellation: We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be charged a 100% fee. No-shows will be charged a 100% fee.

  
   
   
 
   

Courtesies: La Bella Salon & Spa is a smoke-free environment. Please turn off all phones and pagers while in the spa.
 

Jewelry: We suggest you leave all valuables at home.
 

Attire: For La Bella Salon & Spa services, you are escorted into you changing room where robes and essential amenities are provided.
 

Payment: We accept most major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard) and personal checks.
No cash refunds.
 

Gratuity: Gratuity not necessary but appreciated.
